Have you ever had problems with Samsung Fridge?

For example, you have just got installed a new Samsung fridge.  Lights are on, but when we open the display, it shows “off” message.  What does this mean?

When this happens, it means refrigerator is in DEMO mode.

And when the demo mode is displayed or activated, it seems, refrigerator is turned on, lights are on, but the compressor is not running.  And fridge is nether cooling, nor working.

This function is only used for demonstrations or in store
displays.

What to do to get out of the DEMO mode?
You need to tap the Freezer button and Alarm button on the display.
